Shipments and returns
Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped best available shipping company based on your address, all our deliveries are drop-off without signature.
For all UK mainland deliveries the postage will be 2nd class or equivalent (2-3 days transit time)
If you prefer a specific delivery company or type please get in touch with us with details, an additional cost will be applied based on your preference.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We can group two distinct orders placed separately if the address is same and we are notified within 24 hours of placing the order provided the orders have not been already shipped.
To protect the environment we sometimes use recycled boxes.
Gift packing is not generally available but if you have a specific packing requirement please get in touch before placing the order.
Returns
We generally do not accept unconditional returns unless the product is received damaged or there is a compelling reason for us to accept the returns.
Most of our shipments a re insured and buyer may claim compensation as per the shipping company's terms.
Returns postage is paid my the buyer and 15% restocking fee is applied.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the shipment subject to the goods being in re-sellable condition, if the goods are damaged, original packing removed, dirty, soiled etc. for whatever reason the refund will be denied.
Postage cost paid by the customer (return postage) and FatimaSughra.com cannot be refunded and refunds will reflect deduction. In case of free shipping, actual cost of postage will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Customs and Additional charges (Customs Clearance, Demurrage, Penalties, Local Taxes)
All international shipments are sent duty unpaid (DDU) from the United Kingdom, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any local customs charges, duties, or taxes etc.. These must all be paid in order for customs to release the shipment after it arrives.
Please Note: If the product you purchase is restricted or subject to additional checks by the authorities at the destination, it remains the customer's responsibility to inform us beforehand and/or this could lead to shipment being delayed or not being delivered atall, No refunds will be payable in such scenarios.
